At Dotti, we take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously. Due to the intimate nature of our products, the following policy applies.

Returns

All items are considered final sale once delivered, unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • or incorrect

please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds & Replacements

If your item has a verified quality issue or incorrect, we will take full responsibility.

Depending on the situation, we will:

  • issue a full refund, or

  • send a replacement at no additional cost

We may request photo or video evidence to assess the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene concerns, the following items are non-returnable:

  • underwear

  • intimate apparel

  • personal-use items

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Refund Processing Time

If approved:

  • refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • please allow 5–10 business days for processing

  • your bank may take additional time to complete the transaction

EU Customers (if applicable)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days.

However, for hygiene reasons, intimate items may not be eligible for return once opened or unsealed.
